- Copy of the Owner’s ID: A clear and valid copy is essential.
- Proof of Address: A bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months.
- If the utility bill isn’t in your name, the owner of the bill must provide an affidavit confirming your residence. Attach their ID copy and the bill to the affidavit.
- For those living in informal settlements, a letter with an official stamp from the ward councillor confirming your address is required.
- ALV Form: The completed Application for Licensing of Motor Vehicle form.
- Roadworthy Certificate: Only required if your vehicle is used for public transport or is a heavy-load motor vehicle.
